We provide comprehensive services in asset management. In addition to time and structured deposits, our clients can invest in J&T investment trusts, trade in capital markets, participate in investment in private equity or let our experts increase the value of their assets by using our portfolio management services.
CLEAR DEAL DEPOSIT PRODUCTS
We have designed our Clear Deal service for a broader target group. This service allows our clients to enjoy the best rates in the market on their deposits of minimum CZK 500,000, thus increasing the value of their savings. The deposits are offered at fixed, transparent conditions. Once the deposit term expires, the funds are wired back to the client’s account in his/her bank. STRUCTURED DEPOSITS
Apart from term deposits and notice deposits, we also offer a number of structured deposits. Structured deposits are deposits where the return is derived from the price development of the selected underlying instruments – usually currencies, equities or commodities. Thus, the deposit combines the security of a term deposit with a chance of high value gains if the underlying instruments perform favorably. The structured deposits we offer are based on J&T Group’s investment recommendations; nevertheless, we are prepared to prepare tailor-made structured deposits for our clients using the underlying assets of their choice.
DEPOSIT PRODUCTS
We focus our suite of deposit products on private investors and institutions with free cash reserves exceeding CZK 50 million and expected repayment periods longer than 6 months. Shorter deposits are expected longer. We offer attractive interest rates and the possibility to agree to customised conditions. In addition to standard time deposits and notice deposits, we offer investment in bank promissory notes and structured deposits based on the investment ideas of the J&T Group.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
We manage our clients’ assets based on mandate contracts. Clients vest their money with us because they trust our opinion and expect our management to bring them, above all, profit with a clearly defined level of risk involved. Therefore our investment philosophy is based on two fundamental pillars:
1) On principle, we only invest clientś money in alignment with the investment decisions of the J&T Group
2) We compare the results achieved with market interest rates with the aim of achieving a higher performance for the client than with depositing the money in an interest-bearing account.
SECURITIES TRADING
We focus on trading for private investors, to whom we offer individualised services. In addition to brokerage in the domestic capital market and major advanced markets, we are also able to handle requests for purchasing securities in smaller markets. We also provide our clients with financing through repurchase agreements.
PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTMENT
J&T BANKA participates in a number of projects in real estate, debt trading and enterprise acquisition and restructuring as part of specialised financing and provided consulting services. We allow our private clients to also participate in selected projects to enable them to diversify their investment outside standard investment tools.
J&T INVESTMENT TRUSTS
The investment trusts managed by J&T ASSET MANAGEMENT (www.jtam.cz) have ranked among the market leaders in terms of performance on a long term basis. In agreement with our investment philosophy, the trusts invest mostly in securities and investment ideas that the J&T Group utilise for increasing the value of its own assets.
